Heidi McFall, a U.S. Army veteran, brings more than 25 years of experience as a Federal Contracting Officer with the General Services Administration (GSA), overseeing an annual portfolio exceeding $1 billion in federal contracts. She holds an MBA and has extensive expertise in procurement, compliance, risk mitigation, and program coordination.

At SEMPERSERV, Heidi leads Fractional Business Services, advising organizations on operational readiness, compliance standards, internal controls, and contracting strategy.
